After this wasn’t enough, I ran marathons—not just because I loved the challenge, but because I thought it would be a guaranteed way to lose weight. Spoiler alert: It wasn’t.
My perspective didn’t truly shift until my health took a nosedive in my 30s after having two babies. That’s when I realized how overexercising and undernourishing were impacting my body. I realized nutrition was the key & developed a framework that helped me break free from the cycle, and I was able to sustain my body’s “happy weight.” One of the most foundational parts of the framework is “balanced” blood sugar, which is why I created this challenge to help us reset sugar cravings in just ONE week.
